Our 12th-grade IB student, Berra Eylül T., was invited to the finals of the FRI Research Proposal Competition-judged by professors from the University of Cambridge-with her project titled ‘Genome Mining of Siderophores in Klebsiella pneumoniae’, conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Levent Çavaş from the Department of Biochemistry at Dokuz Eylül University.

In November, Berra successfully presented her project at the University of Cambridge, marking an important achievement.
